High-resolution neutron powder diffraction study of DyzFegAlg has been carried out at 65 K.The crystallographic parameters and magnetic moments were determined by Rietveld profile fit-ting calculation. The results showed that Dy3FegAl3 crystallized in the rhombohedral Th,Zn)7type structure. The aluminum atoms were distributed randomly at positions l8f, l8h and 6c.The magnetic moments of all iron atoms were parallel to the six-fold axis and couple antiferro-magnetically to the moment of Dy.
