Self-field method suggested by the present author in the previous work is applied tothe electron in the Coulomb potential. Effectively weakened Coulomb potential arefound due'to the self-field of the electron. The form of the weakened Cou16mb poten-tial between two electrons is U(r)=(e"/4nr)(1 -exp ( -r/2R.) cos (r/2R.)3.
