Magnetization and electrical resistivity of chetnically analyzed Ni,Al allc>ys havebeen measured. The sample Ni.,..,Al,..., SIIOWS a ferromagnetic transition at 43.7 K.This result confirms the ferromagnetism of stoiclaiometric Ni,Al. The magnetic fieldeffect on the electrical resistivity has been iuavestigated from a viewpoint of qtnenchingof spin fluctuation. The suppression of the coefficient A of tlae squared temperature inthe resistivity has been observed for both weakly ferromagnetic and stronglyparamagnetic samples. Characteristic magnetic field Hg for the quenclaing of spin fluc-tuation was estimated from the resistivity dat;a. The value of H. shows a nainimunanear the boundary between paramagnetic and ferromagnetic compositions.[spiux fluctuation, electrical resistivity, nxagnetization, Ni,A'[, itinerant far- ll romagnetI
