Magnetic behaviors and their effects on the conductivity are examined in the Neelstate (7'.: 210 K) of La.CuO. single crystals. The magnetization jump at a field-in-duced weak ferromagnetic (WF) transition and the critical field exhibit the same Tdependence as the sublattice moment. The magnetoresistance AR, observed at theWF transition, takes a small positive value down to - 110 K (7"), while for T<. T',AR is negative and its magnitude increases drastically with lowering T. At T', amagnetic transition is also observed; it is accompanied by a large decrease of hoppingconductivity due to an enhancement of Anderson localization. It is shown that thelarge negative AR for T< T' is due to the increase of the carrier mobility, whicharises from the fact that the enhancement of Anderson localization below T' islargely suppressed by the spin structure change at the WF transition.
