Resonances in ^<27>Al+_α Reaction at E_α=3.4-6.4 MeV

• The gamma-radiation following the reactions "Alga, 7)"P, "Al(a, .z7)"Si, "Alga,cv'y)"AN and "Al(ce, ny)"P have been measured. Excitation functions were obtainedat 90' in the energy range E.=3.4-6.4 MeV for selected regions of 7-ray energies witha high resolution HpGe detector and a large volume Nal(Tl) scintillator. In all, about300 resonances were observed and the corresponding excitation energies (E.= 12-15MeV) of the compound system "P were determined. The obtained level density in thisregion was compared with the calculation of a statistical compound nucleus theory.
