A stochastic broadening of plane shock front due to small-amplitude waves ofrandom phase is considered. It is given by the root mean square of displacementof the shock front, which is replaced by a sharp discontinuity in the limit ofinfinitly small dissipation. It was found that at a large time the broadening isproportional to t"", and mainly the spectrum of intensity of noise near a::0contributes to the broadening.
