Shifts or He II spectrat lines were measurea, defining the c.g. or unperturt>eafine-structure components having statistical intensity distribution as the originof shift. The Stark-shift of He II 246S6A (w=3e-*'=4) is described in detail;the Stark-shift was found to depend on electron temperature, electron densityand pressure of the plasma. Sorne discussion abou't the plasma-shift of the He IILya 2304A (n=1en'=2) is mentioned.
