Derivation of a master equatiorn is given in the case vvhere a Boson subsystem can beeliminated besides reservoirs by using the time-convolution-less formulation of thedamping theory within the conventional treatment, up to the lowest order expansion ofthe "kinetic coefficient" with respect to the coupling constant between the Bosonsubsystem and the remaining ones. Useful diagramatic expansion of Liouville oper-ators, formula for the elimination of Boson operators and algebraic formulae of thespin coherent representation are given in Appendices.
