The single crystals of Gd.(Mo0.). and Tb.(MoO.)3 show very sinailar Elec-trical Transport properties. Typical d.c. conductivi1.y results in coolimcg cycle aregiven in teuvaperature range 650 to 1075 K. Both these solids reveal juvtrinsicconduction above 880 K. In textaperature range 650 to 805 K the conductionarises dt?e to localized iutapurjties. It is expected that sonce instabilities in the phasesof these crystals are effective ft'omva 805 to 880 K. Thernto-electric power in botltthese solids is highly utcstable and is too snaaall tc? be measured properly. Theresults arc discussed using band ntodel and hopping; ?aaechanism.
