• The angular dependetace of the specular spot inteuasity reflected front a ZuaS(110) surface has beera analyzed by using Bethe's: dytaamical theory. Marxy-beamcalculations have been carried out with simple surface poteuatial models. Thecalculations showed that the angular dependeuace of the interasity changed verysensitively with the surface pote?atial shape at the surface state resonazace positions.One of the m,odels was in very good qualitative agreemeutt with the presentexperinaental result.
