The effect of spin fluctuations on the ultrasonic attentuation coefficient isstudied on the basis of the previously developed theory of the ltelical spin structurein the itinerant electron systc:ms. The observed double peak structure in theattenuation coefficient as a ftanction of the temperature under a rather highmagnetic field is explained as due to the existence of the S[oner boundary andthe mixing between up and down spin electrons due to helical ordering, whichreflect themselves significantly on the low frequency part of the dynamicalsusceptibilities.
