• The anomalous heat capacity Δc^<X,E> and thermal expansion Δα_j^<X,E> (j=1, 2, 3) of Rochelle salt at both Curie points were estimated from the measurement of thermoelastic effect by uniaxial pressures. The sign and amplitude of Δc^<X,E> agree well with those obtained from the calorimetric measurement by Tatsumi et al. (1974). Self-consistent thermal data of Δc^<X,E> were obtained in connection with the Ehrenfest relations.
