概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
Films of argon-copper of varying compositions have been prepared by condensation at liquid helium temperatures. The resistance of these films shows a discontinuous change from a conducting to a nonconducting state as the composition is varied through the 64at% Cu point. The nature of this transition is discussed in the light of current theories.
