Tunneling of dislocations in bcc 'He is discussed from the stand point of Zener funneting theory. In this tunneling penetrate Fermi particles of the massive thirringmodel which is equivalent to the Frenkel-Kontorova model. Quantum corrections areimportant in determing the energy value of solitons, i.e., penetrating Fermi particleswhich have weak attractive interactions.
