Electrohydrodynamic flow over an insulator wavy wall is studied by the perturbation method similar to the Prandtl-Glauert method. The charged gas is assumed to be a simple one and not to have dissipative effects. For the subsonic flow, a modified M^2-expansion method is applied, because the straight forward M^2-expansion method gives a wrong asymptotic behavior. The surface pressure, the streamlines and the electric lines of force are calculated.
