Scaling behavior of diffusion-controlled recombination with a source, A+A→0 and 0→A, is investigated on the basis of a field-theoretical renormalization group technique and an associated scaling theory. The renormalization is performed exactly to all orders in perturbation and a rigorous scaling relation is derived. It becomes evident that at d<d_c=2, steady-state density ρ_∞ depends nonclassically on a production rate k_p and a recombination rate k_r as ρ_∞ ∝k^<d/(2+d)>_pk^<-2/(2+d)>_r. The scaling analysis shows that the relaxation rate γ toward the steady state also exhibits nonclassical behavior, γ∝(k_p k_r)^<2/(2+d)>.
