KTag.3Nbg.703 ceramic was jcrepared by sintering art high temperature with aid of' Lid. Theferroelectric properties of this ceranuic have been studied and its phase transition f'eattrres harvebeen revealed by the tneastrreznents of dielectric constant, loss, ac inaped?rnce ar?d spontaneouspolarization in the tenaperatttre range 300 -700 K. This sttrdy af[irtns that this cerara'nic is a f'erro-electric with a diffuse phase trarnsition (FDPT) and that it presents a loxv f'reqtrency dispersionphenottuenon at higla temperatture.
