As a special case of Kramers' equation, we have [numerical formula] where x"(H) is the absorption coefficient in paramagnetic resonance absorption and x'(0) is the static susceptibility. We have cheeked the equation in cases of paramagnetic resonance in powders of MnSO_4, MnSO_4・H_2O, MnSO_4・4H_2O, MnSO_4・5H_2O and single crystals of CuSO_4・5H_2O. It is found that the relation holds within errors of several percent.
