• A cloud chamber measurement was made of the scattering of electrons of kinetic energy between 1.5 and 5.8Mev. by a lead foil of thickness 0.115mm, The result was in an approximate agreement with the result of a similar measurement made by Sheppard and Fowler. This result as well as the results by various other authors were compared with the theory of williams and also with the theory given in the previous paper. It is shown that the latter is, generally, in a better agreement.
