Three-wave interaction Hamiltonians which describe the nonlinear couplings of plasma oscillation with electromagnetic field are derived by Bohm-Pines' method. These interactions cause nonlinear radiation from plasma oscillation and nonlinear resonant scattering of electromagnetic waves by plasma oscillation. The equations describing these phenomena are obtained by applying a quantum statistical treatment to the interaction Hamiltonians, and the characteristic features of the phenomena are discussed.
