Using the yellow-tail's gill trematode the relation between their adhering part and number and between the condition factor of the fish and number, with the grouth of the gill trematode were studied. The gill trematode were found adhered most numerously on the third, the first and the fourth gill arch in the given order. The majority of the gill trematode adhered to the middle part of each gill arch. The gill trematode on the right or the left side of the gill were nearly the same in number. The smallest gill trematode found sticking to the gill was 0.78mm. in total length, having 4+3 in number of the posterior suckers. The biological minimum size was about 5 mm. in total length. The largest gill trematode observed 11.7mm. in total length. The number of the posterior suckers of the adult gill trematode were 28+8,having 28 clamps on the long side, and 8 on the lateral short side. The condition factor of the yellow-tail decreased as the number of the gill trematodes increased, although under 11.4 of the condition factor the gill trematode were less numerous.
