It is shown that frequency distribution for ferromagnetic spin waves is identical in face-centred cubic lattice, close-packed hexagonal lattice, or any lattices with random close stackings of basic triangular nets with the nearest-neighbour interaction. Some important characteristics of this special disordered system are discussed briefly.
