A new method of calculating strict upper and lower bounds of an impurity frequency of d-dimensional simple cubic lattice is formulated. It is based upon the dispersion formula, which is obtained by the transformation of Toda and Kogure. Several numerical examples are given. It turns out that in most cases the results are improved, compared to what was obtained by Dean.
