The space-time distribution of heavy penetrating particles (possibly including, quarks), produced in extensive air showers and arriving. at a lower level, is investi-gated in an analytical way taking into account fluctuations in the position and the dynamical characteristics of the creation and successive interactions. On plausible simplifying assumptions the scale transformation properties of the distribution are discussed and applied to the integration over the spectrum of the primary particles, Effects of the fluctuations in transverse momenta can be separated out. The distribution function is worked out in a "linear approximation" and some physical aspects of the obtained results are discussed
