The rate processes in vivo are considered from the standpoint of variable throttle theory, i.e., the theory considering the variable throttling factor of the phenomenological relation(1・1)of modern thermodynamics. This factor is considered as controlled by information which is the molecular pattern of the intermediate complex of the rate processes and is fed back or forward. Such an indirect correlation is called the informational one. In part I the on-off control and two valued logic for the existence and non-existence of catalyzer are taken into consideration as the first approximation and the equivalent switching circuit as the analogue of controlled chemical reaction systems. In Part II the general consideration of information theory and the common informational technology are given, and analogue models of the processes in vivo are taken into consideration, though they are not necessarily under on-off control. In Part III concluding remarks are given and the new concept of physical law is suggested, which is not deterministic and has a wide scope in considering the historical events in nature.
