Nonlocal field theory is examined as the source of isospin freedom in term of internal space-time structure of elementary particles. To focus our considerations to the dynamical isospin variables, the space-time is simplified to be two dimensional Minkowski space. Since the isospin depends on the total energy-momentum of each particle, the charge independence in the interacting system is assured only when some internal correlations exist among the interacting nonlocal fields. The system of complex bilocal field and real trilocal field interacting through Yukawa coupling is shown to be the assembly of local field with definite isospin interacting with each other by charge independent couplings, if the same internal correlation as the one which makes the independent quantization for each isoeigen local fields is assumed.
