Scaling relation is tested between the accelerator energy region and cosmic-ray energies around 100 TeV. Bubble chamber events of 205 GeV/c proton at FNAL are boosted to cosmic-ray energies, and they are used for simulation to the emulsion chamber experiment at Chacaltaya on nuclear interaction (ΣE_γ≧20 TeV) in the target layer. The comparisons are made on the angular, energy and transverse momentum distributions of gamma-ray. Scale breaking is found through the increase of gamma-ray rapidity density by a factor ~2.5, increase in P_t and also steepening of normalized energy distribution of gamma-ray.
