The shunted-Josephson-junction model, consisting of three basic elements carrying a phase-dependent supercurrent, a quasi-particle current, and a displacement current respectively, is discussed for tunnel-type non-ohmic conductances of the quasi-particle current under a time-independent current bias. Dynamics in the phase-plane and I-V characteristics of the junction are investigated. Features peculiar to the non-ohmic conduction are presented.
