In this study I have researched and studied on the next major point, (1) Character of Urban Information. (2) Selection of Communication Media. (3) Layer Reference. (4) Future of Database. Especially in chapter (1) , I have studied of the diversification of urban information, the classification of them which were made from various information of city, and the intelligency of information. Secondary in chapter (2) , I have researched of the character of various media, the selection of information through various users, the merit of New media and the character of database which were discussed from general view points. Thirdly in chapter (3) , I have studied of the prerequisition of layer, the establishment of layer and the promotion of layer reference. Finally in chapter (4) , I have indicated of the necessity on protocol's rearrangement, the settlement of items in database, the fulfillment of information stocks, the development of information retrieval and the treatment of database building cost.
