• In this paper, we can find equivalent conditions of near-fields. $ A $ zero-symmetric near-ring $ N $ is a near-field if and only if $ N $ has a left cancellable element and $ _N{N} $ is $ N $-simple. $ A $ near-ring $ N $ is a near-field if and only if $ N $ has a left cancellable element and $ N $ is $ Q $-simple.
