• Colour Vocabulary and Colour naming tests were carried out with Japanese Middle School pupils in Yonezawa, in Tokyo and at the International Japanese School in Dusseldorf. The results corroborate claims made in the evaluation of similar tests performed with Japanese university students on a comparative basis with students speaking German, French, English and Hebrew. The importance of terms for white and black in colour naming and the lower certainty of determination were again presented as in the previous works.
