The purpose of this study is to survey the experience of guidance, the degree and contents of difficulty in Special Support Education among the elementary and the junior high school teachers. Contents of difficulty were measured by 9 items; (1)relationship of the parents, (2)relationship of the colleagues, (3)relationship of other students, (4)relationship of the community, (5)guidance for students with disabilities, (6)increase of training experience, (7)adjustment to other school duty, (8)extension of working hours and (9)coordination with the other agencies. The result indicated that there was a difference in difficulty between the school teachers who had the experience of guidance and those who did not have it. In addition the "expectation difficulty" was shown in the elementary school teachers, and the "realistic difficulty" was shown in the junior high school teachers.
