Status of current parton cascade models for applications to RHIC and LHC is reviewed and a new test of these developing models is presented. The test is to compare analytic transport and numerical cascade results on the evolution of the transverse energy per unit rapidity, ET. One of the new cascades, ZPC, is shown to pass this test and provide insight into how far parton transport may be from the viscous hydrodynamic regime at RHIC.
