Quark and Lepton Mass Hierarchy in a Modified SU(3)×U(1) Model

A weak interaction gauge model with SU(3)_L×SU(3)_R×SU(3)_A×U(1) gauge group is constructed. This model realizes naturally the fermion mass hierarchy and smallness of the Cabibbo angle. Some phenomenological consequences of this model are also discussed, especially on recent neutrino induced reactions.
