The radio luminosity versus volume emissivity diagram of galaxies in the Virgo cluster published by us in 1964 is revised in view of recent progress of radio observations. The radio emission from E and S0 galaxies is found to follow an evolutionary path on this diagram as before, but that from spiral galaxies does not.
