The significance of the unitarized model with the form S=e^<iH>(H is Hermitian) is studied in high energy hadron scattering. The H-matrix elements are replaced by OBE amplitudes. This model satisfies the two important properties in high energy phenomena, that is, i) Unitarity ii) no direct channel resonance contribution as observed through the flatness of the total cross sections. Numerical calculations are made for the differential cross sections for p-p, π^--p and K^--p elastic scattering, the results are good except for p-p scattering.
