The eigenvalues, eigenfunctions and radiative induced transition probabilities are calculated perturbatively for an electron-nuclear coupled spin system with dipolar interaction for arbitrary relative orientations of the crystal symmetry axis, the external static magnetic field and the time varying field. Exact calculations are also given for an S=1/2, I=1/2 system. The importance of these results in dynamic nuclear orientation experiments is also discussed.
