The boson-exchange interactions coming from π,σ and ω-exchange are discussed. It is shown how the medium dependent corrections lead to a decrease in σ,ρ and ω effective masses with increasing density, and how this affects the electromagnetic form factor. Much of the "swelling" of nucleons in nuclei can be accounted for in this way.
