Note on the Real Coherent-State for Many-Fermion Systems

We give a geometrical construction of the coherent-state labeled by real variables which has been recently introduced in relation to the numerical functional integration for many-fermion systems. We also examine a specific role of this new class of coherent-state for path integral.
