On the Time Operator in Quantum Mechanics.II : General Prescription in One Dimensional Case

The general prescription to construct the time operator is presented in one dimensional motion. Therefore, as far as one dimensional problem is concerned, the existence of the time operator regarded as a coordinate conjugate to Hamiltonian nay be confirmed.
