The influence of the external noise is considered in the case where the drift term of the Langevin equation gives a marginal or a critical equilibrium point. The usual criterion for the stationary solution of the Langevin equation and the equivalent Fokker-Planck equation cannot be used in this case. It is shown that a new-type noise-induced phase transitions expected.
