Nuclear Shadowing of Intermediate Energy Photons : Fresnel Effects

In this paper, Fresnel corrections to the eikonal-Glauber approximation are computed in the problem of photon shadowing in nuclei. They are relevant in the low energy (E_r≲5 GeV)region and quickly vanish with increasing photon energy.
