We study the structure of a "non-singular spin vortex", a localized texture of the spin part of the order parameter, characterized by a topological number. The law of interaction between two vortices with the same topological number is determined analytically. We also discuss the effects of magnetic field, which may be significant for an experimental observation of a vortex.
