The Oblique Parameters in Electroweak Theory with Two Massless Higgs Doublets : Particles and Fields

The oblique parameters S and T are studied in electroweak theory with two massless Higgs doublets. In spite of the quadratic dependence of T on the charged Higgs mass, we find an unexpectedly wide allowed region of masses of the charged and neutral Higgs particles. The parameter S can be either positive or negative but its magnitude cannot be larger than about 0.1. We obtain the allowed mass region for the extra scalar particles constrained from the experimental limits on S and T at a reference point, (M_t, M_H)=(175, 100) GeV.
