We investigate exactly marginal deformations of superconformal field theories, which preserve supersymmetries. We extend Θ functions to include a parameter of deformation. These functions describe how partition functions vary under the deformation. Under modular transformations, the extended Θ functions transform into each other and the transformation properties do not depend on the parameter of deformation. These properties guarantee that the modular invariance of partition functions are preserved through the deformation. By using the extended Θ functions, we discuss the deformation of superstrings and we consider how their spectrums or partition functions vary.
