A new local gauge symmetry, generalized supersymmetry (GSUSY), is proposed by using a symmetric tensor-spinor ψ_<μυ>(x), an antisymmetric tensor-spinor χ_<μυ>(x) and the graviton. The action (GSUGRA) is explicitly shown to be gauge invariant for a nontrivial first order of ψ_<μυ>(x) and χ_<μυ>(x). GSUSY algebra allowing a unitary representation is defined.
