Supersymmetries in Extreme Non-Relativistic Systems

The condition for a generator of global transformation being symmetric is investigated, and the concept of the weak supersymmetry is proposed. This concept leads to a more general graded Lie algebra (GLA) than the usual supersymmetric GLA when it is applied to extreme non-relativistic systems.
