Electromagnetic Spin-Orbit Contribution to the C6 Transition in ^<50>Ti(e,e')

A recent experiment found the radius of the f_<7/2gt; proton orbit in ^<50>Ti to be 5.7% larger than the same quantity deduced from elastic M7 scattering on ^<51->V. We have considered the electromagnetic spin-orbit interaction to resolve this discrepancy. This effect is found to be negligible, but accounts for half the polarisation charge.
