The standard potential and our model incorporating the running coupling constant are compared by using the nonrelativistic Schrodinger equation with the Breit-Fermi correction and the Bethe-Salpeter equation. As a result, the introduction of the running coupling constant is inevitable even in the region of ψ and γ and our model reproduces the various quantities consistently. It is predicted by the treatment of the BS equation that ρ(1250) might be 2^3S_1 and that ρ(1590) might be 3^3S_1. The deviations of π and η' from our predictions are also described.
