A relativistic classical Hamiltonian theory of the electrodynamics with electric and magnetic point particles is constructed from a Lagrangian theory by the canonical method. The resulting Hamiltonian theory has a duality symmetry, though this is not easy to see in the Lagrangian theory. This, so to speak, Dirac-Wu-Yang theory may be regarded as a refined version of the Wu-Yang theory.
